The staff is very helpful. the location is unbeatable and magnificent in a peaceful area, close to many restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is near Taksim Square and Istanbul. We loved how close it is to Ripley's Believe it or Not.

We didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely come back. The hotel was located close to restaurants and supermarkets. The personnel was helpful and friendly. The venue had a central position in a quiet neighborhood. Sisli district was worth exploring.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. the metro bus stop is also very close, making it easy to get around. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the housekeeping service is attentive and thorough, ensuring that the room and bathroom are always clean. the breakfast is delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from.
The staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills. Although some were friendly and helpful, others were rude and unresponsive to guests' needs.
